PROPERTY OF MAUSSAN PRODUCTIONS AND FIBONACCI S.A. DE C.V.; YOU (THE USER) ARE ACCEPTING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
HEREIN CONTAINED IN THIS AGREEMENT AND STATE CLEARLY ITS ACCEPTANCE.
IF THE USER DOES NOT ACCEPT IN ABSOLUTE MANNER THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS HEREIN ESTABLISHED, MUST REFRAIN FROM
USING OR VIEWING www.tercermilenio.tv, IN THE EVENT THAT THE USER CONTINUES USING OR VIEWING www.tercermilenio.tv,
SUCH ACTION WILL BE CONSIDERED AS AN ABSOLUTE ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS HEREIN ESTABLISHED.
ACCESSION AGREEMENT FOR THE USE OF INTERNET SITE OFFICIATED BY AND BETWEEN THE PARTIES OF THE CONTRACT, MAUSSAN
PRODUCTIONS AND FIBONACCI S.A. DE C.V. AND THE USER, BOTH FOLLOWING AND ACCEPTING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
ESTABLISHED IN THE CURRENT AGREEMENT.
LICENSE
By the act of this agreement, MAUSSAN PRODUCTIONS and FIBONACCI S.A. DE C.V grants the user a non-exclusive,
revocable and non transferable right to view and use www.tercermilenio.tv, in accordance with the terms and
conditions herein contained in this agreement. In order to fully comply with the current agreement both parties
of the contract are in the understanding that the user will be any person, automated device or software that
enters the site www.tercermilenio.tv, or any of the pages or sections that display its content.
Reprint, continued publishing, distribution, assignment, allocation, under licensing, trade, electronic
recording into any other media known or to be known, of any information, document, photo, video or graphics from
www.tercermilenio.tv, in full or any part, is expressly forbidden to the user, unless there is a previous
written and signed permission granted by MAUSSAN PRODUCTIONS and FIBONACCI S.A. DE C.V.
TERMS FOR THE USE OF www.tercermilenio.tv
The user, MAUSSAN PRODUCTIONS and FIBONACCI S.A. DE C.V. agree that the use of www.tercermilenio.tv, will be
subject to the following terms:
- All information included or published at www.tercermilenio.tv is produced by MAUSSAN PRODUCTIONS and FIBONACCI
S.A. DE C.V., or obtained from several information suppliers (the suppliers), information presented as a
summarized version of the original and destined to provide the user the information service over technology,
investigation and research, in the understanding that is including but not limited to subjects related with
Jaime Maussan and his production team. The user acknowledges and accepts that the information published and
contained at www.tercermilenio.tv produced by MAUSSAN PRODUCTIONS and FIBONACCI S.A. DE C.V. or by the suppliers
will be marked in such way that its provenance is clearly recognized as from MAUSSAN PRODUCTIONS and FIBONACCI
S.A. DE C.V. or the suppliers.
- The information, concepts and opinion published or displayed at www.tercermilenio.tv, do not necessarily are
reflection the public or legal standing of MAUSSAN PRODUCTIONS and FIBONACCI S.A. DE C.V. neither those of any
employees, officers, directors, shareholders, licensees and concessionaires (the active members). For what is
stated here MAUSSAN PRODUCTIONS and FIBONACCI S.A. DE C.V. is not liable or accountable for any information,
opinion or concepts broadcasted by www.tercermilenio.tv, included in the internet sites.
- MAUSSAN PRODUCTIONS and FIBONACCI S.A. DE C.V. reserves the right to block the access or remove in full, or
parts of all information, communication or material that in its own judgment could be: (l) abusive, defamatory,
obscene (ll) fraudulent, contrived, deceptive, (lll) in violation of author rights, trade marks, or any
intellectual property of a third party, (lV) or contravene in any way what has been established herein in this
agreement. The wrongful use of these sites will be sanctioned with the cancellation of the subscription without
reimbursement.
TO THE MEMBERSHIP USER:
If the user decides to be a subscriber of the sites www.tercermilenio.tv, will make a single payment of
US$18,40 for a 3 month subscription or US$36,50 for a one year subscription; the validity will begin at the
moment of the payment. The methods of payment will be displayed at www.tercermilenio.tv, and include Visa,
Mastercard, Click Bank, Pay Pal, Money Mail; the user will decide the method at his/her convenience. The
membership user will enjoy all the exclusive benefits that www.tercermilenio.tv, offers; including: total access
to the exclusive content of the site 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Similarly will enjoy the exclusive
advantage of free register to sky watchers with all the benefits included in www.tercermilenio.tv policies.
All the personal information added or gotten from the user by his/her use of www.tercermilenio.tv, shall
constitute a data base (hereafter ‘’Data Base’’) property of MAUSSAN PRODUCTIONS and FIBONACCI S.A. DE C.V.;
such information will be stored for protection of loss, forfeiture, wrongful use, abuse or alteration. In spite
of what is stated here, MAUSSAN PRODUCTIONS and FIBONACCI S.A. DE C.V. does not guarantee its safety or that the
information could be intercepted by a third party.
The user acknowledges and accepts that MAUSSAN PRODUCTIONS and FIBONACCI S.A. DE C.V. does not obtain the
personal information by its own means; the user provides such information by using www.tercermilenio.tv, or by
other ways. The user at his/her discretion provides personal information, without liability for MAUSSAN
PRODUCTIONS and FIBONACCI S.A. DE C.V. In any case, the user empowers MAUSSAN PRODUCTIONS and FIBONACCI S.A. DE
C.V. in the most comprehensive legally appropriate manner to proceed to use the personal information and added
by the user for: (i) to resolve any dispute or controversy related to www.tercermilenio.tv, and any violation of
this agreement; (ii) enable MAUSSAN PRODUCTIONS and FIBONACCI S.A. DE C.V. to operate properly; and (iii) in
case it’s required by the authorities.
Because www.tercermilenio.tv, collects information related to the users of the sites and the services offered
by the sites, is very important for www.tercermilenio.tv, that the user understands clearly our policies with
respect of the use of the information we gather. As follows, we expose our privacy policy, which explains what
kind of information we collect, how we use it and how it can be modified or changed.

dominion names and commercial names property of MAUSSAN PRODUCTIONS and FIBONACCI S.A. DE C.V. protected by
international treaties and applicable intellectual property and copyright laws.
The copyright over the content, organization, compilation information, magnetic or electronic transference,
digital conversion, logos, programs, applications or any other information contained or published by
www.tercermilenio.tv are rightfully protected for MAUSSAN PRODUCTIONS and FIBONACCI S.A. DE C.V., its partners,
affiliates, suppliers or respective owners, in accordance with applicable intellectual property and copyright
laws.
The user Is strictly forbidden to modify, alter or suppress, in full or in part, announcements, advertising,
trade marks, commercial names, signs, logos or any other indication that refers to the proprietor of the
information contained in www.tercermilenio.tv.
In case that the user transmits to MAUSSAN PRODUCTIONS and FIBONACCI S.A. DE C.V. any information, audio visual
material, images, recordings, applications, software or any other material known or to be known to date, that
requires to be licensed thorough www.tercermilenio.tv or any of its sections, the user grants MAUSSAN
PRODUCTIONS and FIBONACCI S.A. DE C.V. by this act, a worldwide license for life, free of charge, non exclusive,
free of royalties; including within the rights granted, the right to under license, trade, reproduce,
distribute, broadcast, create works related, to exhibit and execute them publicly.
The provisions of the preceding paragraph will apply to any other information the user sends or transmits to
MAUSSAN PRODUCTIONS and FIBONACCI S.A. DE C.V. (including without limitation any idea to renew or improve the
site www.tercermilenio.tv), even if those have been included at any section of www.tercermilenio.tv under other
modes of transmission media known or hereafter developed.
By what is stated above, the user renounce by this act to any intent or any action, legal claim, lawsuit
against MAUSSAN PRODUCTIONS and FIBONACCI S.A. DE C.V., its partners, affiliates, suppliers or respective owners
for any actual or eventual violation of any copyright or intellectual property derivative from information,
programs, applications, software, ideas or any other material that the user sends to www.tercermilenio.tv
AUTOMATIC SUBSCRIPTION RENEWAL, ADDITION OR CANCELLATION.
The subscriptor have the power to a renewal and he is the direct responsible of his account. On the quarterly
and the annual subscription the user will be notified about his renewal date and if that is the case, the user
will be notified about the automatic renewal (It will only be applied to the payments done with debit or credit
cards to 2checkout and PayPal.) This user will be automatically charged and the subscription will be renewed. This renewal
should be paid on the same day. www.tercermilenio.tv will extend automatically the subscription based on the
period paid for (Annual or Quarterly).
To cancel the subscription the user will be able to choose from three different options: (i) write to
contacto@tercermilenio.tv requesting the cancellation (ii) There is also an option to cancel the subscription
directly from the site www.tercermilenio.tv The menu “subscription” shows the option of “I do not wish my
account to be renewed.” (iii) The user can also talk to the office of tercermilenio.tv which can be found on the
bottom of this page and request the renewal to be cancelled.
Subscriptions cannot be transferred and cannot be shared. Parents are responsible for their child's actions
and must guard their security inside the website www.tercermilenio.tv, who's not responsible for the damages or
losses that it generates, direct or indirectly.
MONEY RETURN POLICY
There are only 2 money return cases for the www.tercermilenio.tv subscriptions: (i) When he subscribes, the
user might double click the subscription payment by mistake. (i) When the user asks for the cancelation of the
automatic renewal (by mail, phone o or at the www.tercermilenio.tv subscription page mentioned earlier) and even
so the credit card charge was made. In these 2 cases, the user could ask for his money. In both cases the user
could ask for a reimbursement, but it will be completed only after a week of the petition.
